Styled product thumbnails to look like Minimal Theme

- All the free shipping methods that are currently enabled (Renner Blvd - Lenexa (weekly shipment), 3555 Farnam Street - Omaha, NE, and Kiewit University - Omaha) have been hidden and would only appear if the correct State, City and Zip Code have been entered. These are:

Lenexa, Kansas 66219 (for Renner Blvd - Lenexa (weekly shipment))
Omaha, Nebraska 68131 (for 3555 Farnam Street - Omaha, NE)
Omaha, Nebraska 68102 (for Kiewit University - Omaha)
Englewood, Colorado 80012 (for Englewood Colorado Office Weekly Delivery)
Woodlands, Texas 77381 (for The Woodlands (weekly shipment))

- If user entered a FedEx number, Ship using my FedEx Acct ($0.00) will be included as a Shipping Method option
- All products with the SKU of "PrintShop" now have their price and ordering ability disabled
- The "The Woodlands (weekly shipment)" shipping method will now appear if the user selects the following: City: The Woodlands (case insensitive), State: Texas, Zip Code: 77381 (October 15, 2020)
- The case-sensitivity fix has been updated for Englewood, Lenexa, and Omaha. (see task just above this. October 15, 2020)
- The custom code on the Shipping Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to properly show the "Kiewit HQ Omaha" custom shipping method for "Omaha, Nebraska 68102". For "Woodlands, Texas 77381", please note that the city is supposed to be "The Woodlands" and not just "Woodlands", or the custom code will not work. (July 17, 2023)

The following changes have been implemented on the Checkout page of the "Site Refresh 2023" template as of September 27, 2023:

The custom code on the Shipping Method section with regard to the Shipping Addresses has been implemented.
The custom code on the Shipping Method section with regard to the "If you plan to ship on your FedEx number" CDC field has been implemented.
The "Shared Address" dropdown has been removed from the Shipping Address section.
The "Save my Address Information" checkbox has been removed from the Shipping Address section.
The left and right border color has been updated to #666.
The bottom border has been removed.

- The customization for all products with the SKU of "PrintShop" to have their price and ordering ability disabled has been implemented on the "Site Refresh 2023" template. (October 5, 2023)
- "TIC Collection" and "Weeks Marine" have been added as Category Navbar links. (#8586 - May 7, 2024)

The following changes have been implemented on the Category Navbar as of May 7, 2024 (#8586):

A new category link named "Kiewit Subsidary Sites" has been added.
The "TIC Collection" and "Weeks Marine" category links have been moved under "Kiewit Subsidary Sites" as subcategory links.
The "Kiewit Subsidary Sites" category link (and its subcategories) have been updated to only be visible to logged-in users that do not belong to the "Public" group.

- The custom code on the Shipping Method section of the Checkout page has been updated. (#9090 - September 19, 2024)
